Cancellations & Returns

Order Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled only prior to delivery of account credentials. Once access credentials are delivered electronically, cancellations are no longer possible.
Return Eligibility: Returns are accepted only if the account was invalid at the time of delivery or did not match the description. Buyer must provide a continuous first-login video recorded immediately upon access attempt.
Reporting Window: Any issues must be reported within 24 hours via Discord or e-mail. Missing or edited evidence forfeits eligibility.
Buyer Responsibility: After successful delivery, changes to credentials, negligence, or violation of publisher policies invalidate refund eligibility.
Publisher Risk: Vmate is not liable for bans, suspensions, policy enforcement, or review waves initiated by game publishers.
Extraordinary Exceptions: Refunds may be issued only in extreme circumstances at Vmate’s sole discretion.

Terms & Conditions

Definitions: “Company” = Vmate, “Buyer” = customer, “Account” = digital gaming account.
Digital Goods: All accounts are digital goods delivered electronically.
Delivery Completion: Delivery is complete when valid credentials are transmitted.
First Login Video: Buyer must record continuous first-login video to resolve disputes.
Independence & No Affiliation: Vmate is independent and not affiliated with any publishers or platforms.
Publisher Policies: Publisher Terms may restrict resale or transfer; Buyer assumes risk.
Future Access: Vmate cannot guarantee ongoing access after delivery due to third-party control.
Post-Delivery Liability: Buyer assumes responsibility for password changes, device security, and recovery settings.
Account Safety: Accounts are verified pre-sale, but Vmate cannot control publisher audits or enforcement.
Chargebacks & Fraud: Chargebacks after successful access constitute Friendly Fraud. Vmate may escalate disputes and blacklist Buyers.
Limitation of Liability: Vmate is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including platform actions.
Evidence Requirements: Disputes require continuous first-login video, UID/username visibility, and timestamp.

Digital Content Withdrawal Waiver (EU Law)

By purchasing digital content and accessing credentials, Buyer consents to immediate performance and waives the standard EU 14-day withdrawal right (EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(m)).

Publisher Independence

Vmate is not affiliated, endorsed, sponsored, or approved by any publisher, developer, or platform including but not limited to: Valve, Riot Games, Rockstar Games, HoYoverse, EA, Ubisoft, Epic Games, Steam, PlayStation Network, Xbox Live. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Future Access Disclaimer

Game publishers may reset profiles, enforce bans, revoke access, or change login requirements. Such actions are not product defects under consumer law.

Risk Acceptance

Buyer accepts risks associated with competitive anti-cheat systems, automated reviews, region restrictions, and device flags.

Support

Support is available via Discord, e-mail, or site contact form. Response time may vary by queue and timezone.

Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Ukrainian law. Mandatory consumer protections within the EU apply only to the minimum extent required by law.
